We don’t believe in fixing – we believe the young person in your life is fantastic, they just need support in realising it! The Snug is an inclusive and joyful safe space for them to explore those BIG feelings.

Our approach is child-centred, trauma informed, creative, compassionate and playful. Sessions empower young people to explore their inner and outer world, feeling more connected and content.

A little about us…

Collectively, we have many years of practising and studying yoga, mindfulness and movement. Our broad professional experience in Education provides us with the ability to work in various settings and with other professional organisations.

What we offer

We use a fun, natural, non-judgemental therapeutic approach which helps children self-regulate, manage big emotions and feel more connected and content.

Yoga therapy for Young People

1:1 and group sessions for all young people supporting Neurodiversity, Social, Emotional and Behavioural, Autism, ADHD, PMLD and Cerebral Palsy, Anxiety / Depression and PTSD.

Workshops for Parents & Teachers

We offer a variety of workshops to support people who work with young people. For example, supporting children with emotional and behavioural regulation to wellbeing for adults.

I really like my sessions at The Snug, we talk and laugh and do some yoga! Gemma always listens and gets how I am feeling. I have lots of techniques I can use with my breathing and my mum always says I often go in tired and anxious but come out smiling and feeling lighter.
